May the 31st 2010 is the 75th anniversary of the devastating earthquake that struck Quetta and its southern regions in 1935 . I have already written a great deal about it and this time round I thought I should reproduce (in a larger font) a few precautionary measures that I had written in 2005 in Urdu so that people at large could benefit from it.
