Lota-cracy!

What is a ‘Lota-cracy’? In order to get a satisfactory answer you will have to visit Pakistan or its parliament where a ‘lota’ is  used in the washrooms, or still better if you check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lota_(vessel) where under the rubric ‘other facts’ you will find the following explanation: quote

Obituary: Mohammed Iqbal Panezai

Sadly Mohammed Iqbal Panezai is no longer with us today. He died on December 26 2007 at a very young age of 34 as result of a fatal heart attack, apparently caused by blood clotting from which he was suffering lately.
